18-10 Room in the heart of Martina Franca

Charming room perfect for two people and equipped with the main comforts for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is located in the center (ZTL), in a period building of which it retains suggestive architectural elements, such as the stone walls and vaults. All the essential services are close at hand and all the points of interest are a short distance away, easily reachable on foot. Martina Franca train station is a 15-minute walk away.

The room of about 20 sqm is located on the ground floor of a period building (there are two steps at the entrance) and has an independent entrance from the street. It has a double bed, open wardrobe with hangers, smart TV, dining table and split A/C. It also has a mini fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with wc, bidet and shower cubicle.
Additional facilities available for the guests:UNLIMITED WIFI, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with optional changes for a fee).

ATTENTION: the accommodation is located in the ZTL and can NOT be reached by car. It is possible to park for a fee or for free (NOT guaranteed) in Via Donizetti, 150m from the property.

Martina Franca is an enchanting town in Baroque style, located in the heart of the Itria Valley and surrounded by typical olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The historic center is wonderful, full of monumental buildings and churches, including the famous Basilica of San Martino dating back to the 18th century and rich in works of art, and the Church of Sant'Antonio which preserves a fresco of the Madonna Odegitria, from which the name of the Itria Valley. Do not miss a visit to the Ducal Palace, dating back to the Angevin period, and to the Villa Comunale with shaded paths and embellished with neoclassical fountains. Also not to be missed is a visit to nearby Alberobello, famous throughout the world for its trulli, and to the beautiful Locorotondo.
