Comfortable recently renovated apartment, equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 3 people. Strategically located in Corso Cavour, a lively commercial street full of shops, groceries, bakeries and banks, it is in a perfect position for any type of stay. Just 300 meters from the Central Station, the apartment also offers immediate access to the main means of transport and services, making every move convenient and quick. The seafront is 10 minutes away on foot.

The 46m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (there is a step to access it) and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob (1 BURN ONLY), mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave and electric kettle
- Living room with dining table, queen-size sofa bed, split A/C and TV
- Bedroom with double bed, split A/C exposed wardrobe and LED lamps with USB charging for iPhone
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower (note a small internal step).

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

In this structure check-in is carried out in automated access mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that captures not only the eyes of travellers, but also the palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to fried panzerotto, from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to broad beans, from Bari-style raw ham to orecchiette with turnip greens. It is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban gathering for young people and adults, thanks to the presence of trendy and sought-after clubs, but not only that, as it also offers many attractions to culture-loving tourists. There are many events and shows such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and above all the Fiera del Levante, an international trade fair, which takes place in September. The Fair aims to encourage exchanges between East and West, of which Bari is traditionally the most available meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in just 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the seafront and the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. There is also a taxi rank nearby next to the theatre. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 metres.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment in about 45 minutes by taking bus line 16 to the "Bari Centrale" stop, 300m from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (300 m).

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to leave the car for a fee at the Garage del Centro, in Via Carulli 12, 200 meters from the accommodation.
