Comfortable and modern 45sqm apartment, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located in the basement of a building WITHOUT a lift (steps to access it). The apartment is located in a strategic position, just a 5-minute walk from the "Affori" stop of the yellow line M3 underground direct towards Central Station, Piazza Duomo and the main tourist attractions of the city.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The interior space
The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, clothes rack, TV and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, inverter heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION. Please note that the bathroom toilet is a sanitrit. Therefore, we inform you to NEVER turn off the light in the apartment.

The apartment is located in a residential area of ​​the city and well connected to the city center thanks to the yellow M3 metro line, which allows you to quickly reach the main attractions of the city. Nearby is the Parco Nord Milano, an authentic green lung of the city, ideal for running, walking or simply relaxing, completely isolating yourself from the noise and smog of the metropolis.
