- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet;
- 2 BALCONIES, one with a small table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating provided ONLY via split A/ C, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

The accommodation has a parking space assigned (name: Perra), possibility to leave even the bicycles parked in the courtyard.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26 ºC for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature should not exceed 19 ºC. The ignition period and the daily ignition time depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.

N.B. complete the registration and pay the Tourist Tax is REQUIRED to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The accommodation is located in a strategic position between the historic city centre and the beaches. In fact, the old town is within walking distance with a pleasant walk that flanks the promenade in about 25 minutes. The beaches are just a 3-minute walk away.
The property is situated in an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Alghero Station is just a 5-minute walk from the property, connecting the tourist town to the town of Sassari.
Alghero is the most characteristic tourist center of the western coast of Northern Sardinia, characterized by solitary coves and small bays with white sandy beaches on an emerald green sea.
The historic center is one of the most interesting and fascinating of Sardinia and for those arriving in Alghero is a must.
The city’s beach is the great beach of Lido San Giovanni but to reach all the other many beautiful beaches you have to head north - beyond the Lido di San Giovanni - in the direction of the village of Fertilia, where the beautiful dunes of Maria Pia are located.
Continuing north towards Porto Conte, you can reach the beach of Bombarde and the beach of Lazzaretto, the latter characterized by the famous tower (1600) and the beautiful coves with transparent water.
