Cozy 70 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation is located a few steps from the Cisanello hospital (the secondary entrance to the hospital is only 10 meters from the property). The center of Pisa is easily reachable by public transport, the bus stop is 200 meters away.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa bed (for one guest only), 42-inch smart TV and access to the balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, oven, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with tub with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the double bedroom), fan (in the single bedroom), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

- Information about how to access the building and the apartment (call system via intercom and on-site keybox) will be provided after booking.

The apartment is for exclusive use of our Guests!

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pisa (€2.50 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.

Alternatively, from 15:00 to 21:00, it is possible to collect the keys free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).

If instead you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: 15.00 euro;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro;
- From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro;
- From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro.

The apartment is located in an area well served by public transport. The secondary entrance to the Cisanello Hospital is just 10 meters from the accommodation, while the city center can be easily reached by bus that stop a few steps from the structure (stops in via Martin Lutero, about 200 meters away). Pisa Central Station, hub of all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, can be reached in less than 20 minutes by public transport

- Pisa Cisanello hospital: 1 minute on foot;
- Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and Corso Italia: 15 minutes by public transport;
- Piazza dei Miracoli (Cathedral, Baptistery, Tower, Monumental Cemetery): 30 minutes by public transport.

- La Vecchia Cascina restaurant: 4 minutes on foot (350 m);
- Caffè&Chocolate Bar: 7 minutes on foot (650 m);
- Penny (supermarket): 8 minutes on foot (700 m).

- From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station thanks to the Pisa Mover service (journey time 5 minutes, 5 euros one way). The apartment can be easily reached from the station thanks to the LAM Red bus line to "Martin Lutero 1" stop, just a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

- If you are traveling by car, there are several free and paid parking lots around the accommodation, however it could be difficult to park, given the proximity to the hospital.
