Cozy apartment of 65 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the second floor of a newly renovated building with elevator (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located in the center of Palermo (Traffic-Restricted Area), in the lively area of Ballarò market, a few minutes on foot from Palazzo Reale and the Palatine Chapel, the Cathedral of Palermo and Villa Bonanno.

The inside is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, kitchenware and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, 32" TV, split A/C and access to balcony I;
- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, desk, coat stand, split A/C and access to balcony II;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TWO SMALL BALCONIES.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is in the Traffic Restricted Area, please, pay attention to the accesses.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in an area characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies). In a few minutes on foot it is possible to reach some of the main points of interest in the city, such as Piazza Pretoria, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, the Church of San Cataldo and Piazza dei Quattro Canti. The historic Ballarò market is just a few meters from the property.

- Trattoria Bersagliere (restaurant): 3 minutes on foot - 240 meters;

- Lodl (supermarket): 11 minutes on foot - 850 meters.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 14 minutes.

- The property is located inside the city center restricted traffic area (PLEASE, pay attention to the accesses); if you're travelling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6 (NOT garanteed), 12 minutes away from the flat by foot.
