Bright and functional apartment equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 4 people, including a study/working area and a small equipped terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The accommodation is located in a very central position, in an area equipped with all essential services such as supermarkets, bakeries and shops. It is just a 10-minute walk from Bari Vecchia, and 6 minutes from the University and Quintino Sella station. The central station is just 1 km away.

The 45 mq apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION! It is noted that you need to climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen with dining table, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with double sofa bed (there is no mattress), dining table, split A/C and 32" TV
- Small bedroom with built-in double bed and chest of drawers (there is also a large wardrobe in the corridor)
- Study/working area with desk and comfortable chair
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower
- Veranda with access from the kitchen (one step), with washing machine
- Small terrace of 6 mq (two steps to access it from the living room) equipped with two little tables and chairs.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI Iliad Fibra, split heating, treadmill, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Small pets are allowed upon notice and upon payment of a supplement on site.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 15 minutes walk from the sea and from the port. In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 200 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 600m from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 13 minutes (1km) or with the FM1 railway line to the "Quintino Sella" station, 600m from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free (NOT guaranteed) at the Eurospin car park in Via Napoli at 950 meters or for a fee at the Autorimessa Adriatica, in front of the apartment.
