Cozy Apartment: 10 Min from Station and University

Functional apartment ideal for two people and equipped with the main services for a comfortable stay. The flat is located 7 minutes walk from the Central Station and 10 minutes from the Aldo Moro University and the Petruzzelli Theater, in an ideal position to visit Bari comfortably and without means. Furthermore, in about twenty minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the center. Free herringbone parking spaces (not guaranteed) are available in front of the apartment.

The 45 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building (1 step at the entrance) and is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and traditional oven
- Living area with sofa, split AC and 32 ”Smart TV with Amazon fire stick (NO ANTENNA)
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box.

Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating by split, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

OTHER INFORMATION:
- The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
- Parking is not included, but outside the apartment there are free parking (NOT guaranteed) and there is a muncipal parking (for a fee) on the other side of the street in Largo Ciaia.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The property is located in a well-served area with plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars and supermarkets. The pharmacy is located in the building in front of the property, as well as the bus stop and the Conad supermarket, which are in the same street.
The apartment is located 20 minutes (on foot) from the historic center of Bari, where you can spend wonderful evenings in the best and renowned clubs.

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to the fried "panzerotto", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous "orecchiette" with turnip tops.
