The apartment is organized on two levels (ground floor and first floor) inside the villa (without elevator).

- DINING ROOM;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- REAR GARDEN (in the summer period furnished with small sofa, armchairs, small table);

-> FIRST FLOOR:
- FRESCOED GALLERY;
- BEDROOM I with double bed;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and INTERNAL BATHROOM with shower box, sink and toilet;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.

It is possible to park in front of the gate of the villa (2 uncovered private parking spaces); furthermore, it is possible to park without difficulty in the rest of the street too (NOT GUARANTEED).

PLEASE NOTE:
- There are several steps and stairs inside the accommodation: pay attention if you are traveling with children;
- The garden in front of the villa can only be used for passage;
- No access to the 2nd floor (delimited with chain and posts) and basement (closed with door);
- The fireplace in the dining room is NOT usable;
- Beware of the presence of lawn mowers in the garden;
- The entrance is shared with the owners of the villa and is not for exclusive use; objects and personal effects cannot be deposited.

The apartment is for exclusive use of our Guests, with the exception of areas where entry is prohibited.

Check-in takes place in online self check-in mode. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.
SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing the online registration. Keys can be collected for free via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 23:00.
