Blu Barion Joyful Apartment

Bright and colorful 55 sqm apartment, recently renovated, equipped with all comforts and perfect for hosting up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in an area equipped with every service for a comfortable stay, such as the covered market, shops and bars. It is located very close to the Quintino Sella Metro station which connects to the airport and about 15 minutes walk from the Central Station.

The internal space
The 55 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (41 NOT high steps to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 32" TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, coffee machine, moka, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils and dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with bistro table and two chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: fiber wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (ONLY in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

PLEASE NOTE. Baby cot always available.

ATTENTION. There is a small step to access the bathroom.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00
- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.


7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to the fried "panzerotto", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous "orecchiette" with turnip tops.
Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in 17 minutes walk you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 600 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 16 to get off at the "Crispi (tribunale)" stop, just a 7-minute walk from the property.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 17 minutes (1.3 km) or by taking bus no. 16 to get off at the "Crispi (tribunale)" stop, just a 7-minute walk from the property.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can park at the Garage Casale, in Via Tenente Casale Y. Figoroa 11, 250 meters from the accommodation.
