Bright apartment with balcony equipped with the main comforts to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and very quiet thanks to the view on a silent internal street. The accommodation is located in the San Vitale district, a very green residential area, equipped with all personal services and well connected to the center and the Fair thanks to the proximity of the station Bologna Rimesse (5 min on foot) and public transport. The Sant'Orsola Hospital can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The 55 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift (3 steps to access it) and is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN with snack counter with stools and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka and microwave
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa bed and TV
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk and wardrobe
- BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower screen
- BALCONY.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, two fans, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Bologna is a modern and clean city and the apartment is in a good position for a complete visit of the city and its surroundings. Palazzo Fava, Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, San Petronio and the university area are certainly worthy of a careful visit during your stay. The hilly areas of Villa Ghigi and San Luca are exceptional for admiring a breathtaking panorama of Bologna and relaxing in nature.
The apartment is located in the San Vitale district, a 5-minute walk from the Rimesse station, 10 from the Sant'Orsola hospital and a 15-minute bus ride from the historic centre. Nearby there are several bus lines with connections to all areas of the city. All essential services are close at hand: bars, supermarkets and chemists are in fact within a 5-minute walk.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the accommodation with the "Bologna Centrale - Budrio" line to Bologna Rimesse station, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: the apartment can be reached with the Marconi Express service from the airport to Central Station and from here with the "Bologna Centrale - Budrio" line to Bologna Rimesse station, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can leave your car for a fee at the Garage S. Orsola car park, in Via Giuseppe Bentivogli 11/AB, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
