BEDROOM 1. Double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, closet. AC split.
BEDROOM 2. Two single beds, bedside table with lamps and desk. AC split.
BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink and hair dryer.

OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline and washing machine.

Independent heating.
PLEASE NOTE: There are works in the communal courtyard and entrance.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.
Other things to note

Check in can be done from 3 p.m. onwards, either in person or in self check-in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 9:00 p.m., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

Parma train station is about 10 minutes away by taking bus No. 1 to the Strada Bixio Strada Costituente stop.

Parma Airport is about 25 minutes away by taking bus No. 6 to the Strada Bixio Strada Costituente stop.
