The 130 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with two lifts and is composed as follows:

- Two small terraces of 15 mq respectively equipped with sofas and with table and chairs x6
- Two balconies.

Available garage (dimensions 7.20 m x 3.40 m) located on the -2 floor of the building and served by the lift.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached by bus line 712R.13, signed at the end via G. Petroni 99 (direction Adelfia), 250m from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the ZTL and has a private garage. Street parking is free on white lines (not guaranteed).
