Roomy 115 sqm flat, for 4 people, on the 9th floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people and steps to access it).
We are located in the residential district Flaminio, well served by public transport and a short distance from the Olympic Stadium; from here you can walk to points of interest such as the MAXXI museum, Piazza del Popolo and Ponte Milvio.
The apartment consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a service bathroom and two balconies.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

The property is located in the Flaminio district, north of the centre of Rome, which is full of cafes, restaurants and shops, and well served by public transport; ideal for those looking for a quiet area but well connected to the city. From the accommodation it is possible to walk to Piazza del Popolo (20 minutes) and the famous Ponte Milvio (16 minutes). Places of interest include the Auditorium Parco della Musica (10 minutes on foot), a work by Renzo Piano, and the MAXXI, the Museum of 21st Century Arts (10 minutes on foot).

- ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT: Take the shuttle to Roma Termini. Continue by metro A to the ‘Flaminio’ stop, then take tram 2 to the ‘Ankara/Tiziano’ stop, 2 minutes on foot from the accommodation.

- ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT: take bus no. 520 to the Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop, continue with metro A to the ‘Flaminio’ stop, then continue with tram 2 to the ‘Ankara/Tiziano’ stop, 2 minutes on foot from the accommodation.

- ROME TERMINI STATION: take the metro A to the ‘Flaminio’ stop, then continue with tram 2 to the ‘Ankara/Tiziano’ stop, 2 minutes on foot from the accommodation.

- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: possibility to park on blue stripes, for a fee, on the street.
