Bright 80 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, located near the Ponte San Giovanni station. It consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and two bedrooms. The flat is located on the ninth floor and has a large terrace with chairs and table, from which to admire a spectacular view of Perugia and Assisi, and to enjoy absolute silence. It is possible to park for free around the building or a 3-minute walk in the station car park (NOT guaranteed).

The apartment is located on the ninth floor of a building with two lifts and is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER with 4 gas burners, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave.
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, dining table, portable air conditioner and TV.
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, portable air conditioner and wardrobe
- BEDROOM 2 with double sofa bed and wardrobe
- BATHROOM with wc, bidet and whirlpool tub with shower head.
- TERRACE equipped with table and chairs.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, two fans, a baby cot, iron and ironing board, video intercom, drying rack, washing machine.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Guests will have full access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces.

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

The apartment is located in the Ponte San Giovanni hamlet of Perugia, in a very quiet residential area. It is well connected to other areas of the city thanks to the station, reachable in a few steps (3 minutes on foot), and to several bus lines that lead to the historic center in about 20 minutes, and is only 9 km from the airport. The area is also equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay: within 100 meters you can find bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.
In Perugia it is possible to visit the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore, one of the most famous in Italy, built in the medieval period on the designs of Nicola and Giovanni Pisano to receive the water coming from the aqueduct of Monte Pacciano, but also the arch and the Etruscan well which are part of the ancient city walls.

From Perugia Central Station it is possible to take the regional train 4711 and get off at the Ponte San Giuseppe stop. The flat can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

From Ponte San Giovanni station, the flat can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

For those traveling by car, the flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free around the building or a 3-minute walk in the station car park (NOT guaranteed).
