Bright studio apartment perfect for two people, located in a building with a garden in the Cirenaica district, an area near the center equipped with all services. Located just 20 meters from the entrance to the S.Orsola Polyclinic, it is ideal for health professionals or anyone who wishes to have easy access to one of the main hospital facilities in the city. The historic center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or comfortably by public transport, thanks to the bus stop just a few steps away.

The 36 sqm studio apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift with two entrances: on Via Fabbri 1/2 you need to climb a flight of stairs to access it, on Via Massarenti (in front of the emergency room of the hospital) there are no steps.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette (hidden behind folding door) equipped with a hob with two burners and an electric hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave
- Living area with dining table, sofa and smart TV
- Sleeping area (separated by an open bookcase) with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and small desk
- Bathroom equipped with wc, bidet, bathtub and shower

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, split A/C, washing machine, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).

The apartment is located in the heart of Cyrenaica, just 20 meters from the entrance to the Sant'Orsola Polyclinic and about 20 minutes on foot or about 15 minutes by bus from the historic center. Cirenaica is a neighborhood that owes its charm above all to urban architecture, from large buildings to delightful villas in typical Emilian style with exposed bricks and bright colours. It also turns out to be an interesting journey through history that originates in the 9th century BC and reaches the present day, and is also famous for the presence of the "da Vito" tavern, where the voices of Guccini and Dalla were born. A few steps from the accommodation there are several bus lines with connections to all areas of the city and to the central station. All the essential services are within reach: bars, supermarket and pharmacy are in fact within a 5-minute walk.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the accommodation by bus line 36 to the "Ospedale Sant'Orsola" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the Central Station and from here with bus line 36 to the "Ospedale Sant'Orsola" stop, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can leave your car for a fee at the Quick Policlinico car park, in Via Zaccherini Alvisi 12, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
