Wonderful Vintage Flat x6 TORINO CROCETTA

Elegant and comfortable apartment perfect for 6 people, located 2 km from the city center, in a central position with respect to the main railway stations, and very convenient for reaching every corner of Turin. The décor is vintage, but neat and well-kept, and gives the accommodation an unparalleled antique charm. Via Caboto is a quiet street in the Crocetta district of Turin, the most prestigious residential area, defined as the "living room of Turin", the safest and most peaceful in the city!

This 90 sq.mt apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building with a lift (however it is not suitable for the disabled).
Internally the accommodation consists of:
- BEDROOM 1: master bedroom equipped with aqueen bed and large wardrobe.
- BEDROOM 2: equipped with a queen bed , wardrobe and desk
- LIVING AREA: with relaxation corner, dining area, queen sofa bed and TV.
- KITCHEN: has a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, juicer.
- BATHROOM: with shower and bidet
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, WiFi, central heating with termovalvole, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, balcony.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.
For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At the check-in we will need to record the data of each guest, as required by Italian law, and you will therefore be required to show a valid document.

The keys will be collected in our office in Corso Inghilterra 39 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.

Alternatively, paid apartment check-in is available as follows:
- EUR 12 from 15.00 to 21.00
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.

Crocetta is one of the most prestigious residential areas of Turin, famous for its splendid historic residences and its green areas. Every day (except on Sundays) it is possible to walk among the benches of a beautiful open-air market, a destination for tourists and te locals.
Quiet neighborhood but convenient to all services, 15 minutes walk to Porta Nuova station, 20 minutes walk to the center. All kinds of shops in the immediate vicinity.
Moving on foot you can reach:
- 1 km from the Metro stop NIZZA
- 1.2 km San Salvario the nightlife district
- 1.5 km the shopping streets and the historic center
It is not in the ZTL area so there are no time constraints for circulation. A 15 minute walk you can reach Piazza Carlo Felice and Via Roma and from there take the arcades that in a single walk along the most beautiful streets and the most beautiful squares of the city until you reach Piazza Vittorio crossing the beautiful Via Po called "Regina viarum" being the largest street in Turin at the time of its construction.
In the opposite direction in 20 minutes on foot you reach the GAM - Modern Civic Gallery.

The tram 4 stop is 200 meters (it crosses the whole city connecting the PalaAlpitour area (Sevastopol) with the city center (Porta Nuova, Porta Palazzo) and with Corso Giulio Cesare.
closest Metro stops: Nice 1 km (10 minutes), Marconi 1.5 km (15 minutes).
The house is outside the ZTL area, in the area there are several paid parking lots:
- Parking Genova, Via Antonio Genovesi 1, the price is 2 euros per hour
- Vespucci garage, Via Amerigo Vespucci 31, 1 euro per hour, 10 euro per day.
