Bright apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, located just 200m from the free beach and 5 minutes walk from the Marina, the ideal starting point to explore the wonderful Ligurian coast by boat. Equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay, including two parking areas inside the garden, the flat is located in a shady and quiet area, in the immediate vicinity of everything you need: shops, grocery stores, pharmacies. Camogli-San Fruttuoso station is less than 10 min walk!

The 80 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a building without elevator: there is a staircase with ten steps to access.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, non-electric juicer and traditional oven
- Living room with two armchair-beds and TV
- Bedroom with queen bed, single bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with hand shower
- Closet.

Additional facilities available for the guests: 2 parking areas in the shared garden, UNLIMITED WIFI, cooler fan, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.

IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 11 AM, AND TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT AFTER THE CLEANING.

The city tax of 1.50 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 10 nights, as provided by the municipality of Camogli.

Camogli is a splendid village overlooking the Golfo Paradiso, in the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, a very short distance from splendid cities that you can't miss: the enchanting Portofino, the elegant Santa Margherita Ligure, the famous Rapallo, among many others. The Cinque Terre, with the wonderful fishing villages famous all over the world and the National Park full of hiking trails and activities, are easily accessible by sea or with the comfortable regional trains.

Camogli is a city on a human scale, ideal for any type of holiday. The town is enchanting, with the characteristic buildings with facades painted in pastel colors, which close the promenade to the sea, and numerous places to visit: among many, the wonderful Minor Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta and the Castello della Dragonara, dating back to Middle Ages and built on rocks overlooking the sea. Recommended is also a visit to the Maritime Museum, which houses fascinating works related to the world of the sea. Finally, do not miss the "Festa della Stella Maris": on the first Sunday of August, in the evening, thousands of small candles are lit and left to float on the waves of the sea, creating a suggestive vision that will enchant you!
