The property is located a few steps from the seafront, an area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. It is only 12 minutes walk from the port of Carloforte!
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

The internal space
The apartment of approximately 45 sqm is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, moka, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY equipped with table and chairs (accessible ONLY from the living room).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi maximum 400 Giga, heating and air conditioning via split (ONLY in the living room), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Description of the area
The characteristic village of Carloforte is the only inhabited center of San Pietro, an island of the small Sulcis archipelago. The beaches near the town of Carloforte are the most famous on the island and very different from each other: some sandy, others dotted with pebbles, others still rocky. The beach closest to the center of Carloforte is Il Giunco, another beach near the center is Guidi, a beach of fine sand alternating with dark rocks. For those who love mixed sand and gravel beaches, the recommended beach is Girin Beach.
The island of San Pietro is not very large and can be explored by car in a day. It is therefore easy to reach each of its beaches starting from Carloforte. Along the western coast of the island we find La Caletta beach and Conca beach, while along the southern coast you can visit Chinolle beach, Lucchese beach, La Bobba beach and Guidi beach. Other beaches not to be missed in the surroundings of Carloforte are: Punta Nera, Golfo del Becco, Calavinagra and Golfo della Mezzaluna (the latter can only be reached by sea). If you love diving, don't miss: Punta delle Oche and Nasca are two caves in the north of the island that are ideal for divers.

Getting around
- From Cagliari Elmas "Mario Mameli" airport: it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the CFCA round trip shuttle transport to be booked by telephone, approximately 20 euros each way. The property is just a 12-minute walk from the port of Carloforte.

- DELCOMAR ferries leave from Portovesme and Calasetta, allowing you to reach the island of Carloforte in 40 and 30 minutes of navigation; from Portovesme the ferry departures to Carloforte are only during the day and require the boarding of vehicles, while from Calasetta the service is both day and night. Carloforte port is just a 12-minute walk from the property.
