Comfortable apartment of 56 sqm, able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and a furnished terrace. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery.
The center of Lignano Sabbiadoro and the beach are respectively 5 minutes and 6 minutes drive from the property.
The space
The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge, kettle, oven and various kitchen utensils), sofa, dining table, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, bunk bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with dining table.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in both rooms) and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The entrance gate is opened via a badge, which will be provided upon check-in.
Possibility of a parking space inside the Residence - NOT assigned.
NO WIFI.
NO TV.
From bedroom II you can access the garden. The latter is shared with the other guests of the building.
The terrace is raised above the garden - a step.

This resort style complex offers a range of services and facilities to enjoy your stay, where there are three swimming pools SHARED BY ALL GUESTS OF THE RESORT, sports courts and offers the possibility of being able to relax in the garden.
For golf enthusiasts, the resort boasts an outstanding 18-hole golf course.

The POOL service is available to all guests free of charge, open from 1 June to 30 September at the following times: from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM and from 3.00 PM to 7.00 PM. Sunbeds are also available. There is no lifeguard - be careful if travelling with children.
The golf course is free, it is possible to book FOR A FEE lessons with the teacher and any equipment for the lesson.

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost:

- 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

The apartment is located in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a renowned tourist resort, known above all for its splendid coastline and its warm and temperate climate. The coast of Lignano Sabbiadoro is about 8 kilometers long and has dozens of well-equipped resorts, in which, in addition to relax, it will be possible to undertake a myriad of activities: ranging from water sports (sailing, windsurfing, surk, kite etc.) to those on sand, including also less known activities such as SUP (Stand Up Paddle, a kind of mix between surfing and canoeing) or excursions in fat stand bikes.

Getting around
- From Trieste Airport, the most convenient solution is to reach the apartment by taxi/car (48 minutes - 65 km);

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient solution is to reach the apartment by taxi/car (1 hour and 15 minutes - 95 km);

- From the Latisana-Lignano-Bibione station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 500 or 501 from the "LATISANA via Beorchia (bus station)" stop (3 minutes on foot from the station) to the "LIGNANO via Casa Bianca (fronte civico 6, Golf Club)" stop, 1 minutes on foot from the apartment.
