Charming 50 sqm apartment, ideal for 5 guests, just a 3-minute walk from the "Golf Club Senza Confini", known in winter as the Paruzzi arena, dedicated to cross-country skiing. Tarvisio, located in the heart of the Julian Alps, offers breathtaking landscapes and a rich variety of hiking trails. The apartment is a cozy and comfortable retreat, perfect for those seeking an active holiday in nature.
The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction hob, fridge-freezer, American coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV (with Netflix);
- BEDROOM with a king-size double bed and a three-quarter bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, bidet, and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, clothes stand, and hairdryer.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (209 km - 2 hours and 12).
- From the Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Trieste Airport station (just about 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Pontebba station, from which it is possible to reach the accommodation thanks to bus line 200 with stop "TARVISIO via Alpi Giulie (front 114)", a 7-minute walk from the property.
- From Udine station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train to the Venzone stop, from which you will have to continue with line 200 "PORTIS DI VENZONE via Pontebbana (towards Carnia)" with stop "TARVISIO via Alpi Giulie (front 114)", a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.
- If you are traveling by car, to get to Tarvisio you can take the E70 and A23 from Venice or Trieste; from here the road to reach your destination is the SS13.
