Cozy apartment of 40 sqm located on the ground floor (steps to access), can accommodate up to 3 people.
The accommodation is located in the heart of the city center of Verona (Limited traffic zone), just 2 min on foot from Piazza delle Erbe and 14 min on foot from the Verona Arena! The area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy.

The interior space consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor: you need to take 10 steps to access an internal courtyard from which you access the apartment (one step).

The interior space is divided as follows:
- BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair;
- LIVING ROOM with a small sofa, TV, table and chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, Dyson fan;
- BATHROOM with shower and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, fan, soundproofing windows, safe, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning in the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Verona.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the historic district of Verona, a city of history, culture and social life, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous all over the world as the homeland of Romeo and Juliet, but it also has a lot to offer: from the lively opera scene to traditional food and wine, its urban and suburban territories are rich in cultural treasures. It is a place of great traditions that cannot be missed.
Not to be missed is the central Piazza Bra, here you can admire the ancient walls of the Arena di Verona, home every year to one of the most famous opera festivals in Europe, and the Portoni della Bra.
The many other monuments of the city can be reached with a pleasant walk near the river Adige.
Castelvecchio, for example, is the most impressive monument of the city or the Roman Theatre of Verona, where even today there are theatrical performances during the summer, both are just a few tens of minutes walk from the Arena. A visit to Verona is not complete without taking a look at Juliet’s house and her famous balcony, famous all over the world for the tragic love story of Romeo and Juliet.

- From Verona Valerio Catullo airport, the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, 21 minutes away.
Alternatively, you can take the bus N 199 "Stazione Porta Nuova E1" and continue to the stop "Verona Stazione Fs - E1", then continue with the bus N21 to the stop "Via Diaz 2", just 7 minutes on foot.

- From Verona Porta Nuova station you can reach the apartment by public transport, bus N61 to the stop "Via Diaz 2", 7 minutes on foot from the apartment.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park for free on the white stripes (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or for a fee at the parking lot "AMT3 S.p.A.", Piazza Francesco Viviani, just 5 minutes on foot from the accommodation.
