The interior space is composed as follows:

- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table and chairs, balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and moka, dishwasher, oven and microwave, wine glasses, various cooking utensils;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and wc;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower and wc;
- 3 BALCONIES, one of which is furnished with small table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, heating, air conditioning.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park free of charge on site: a parking space is available, also suitable for SUVs.
