It is also a 5-minute drive from the SVAM and a short distance from the Maritime Military Arsenal and the Hospital, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

The accommodation of 77 sqm is located on the 4th floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it.
