- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower box, bidet and toilet;
- OUTDOOR DINING AREA with dining table (please note the presence of some steps) and LAUNDRY ROOM with washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi, split hot/cold air conditioning (split in the bedroom and in the living room), hairdryer, iron and drying rack.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Marina di Ragusa Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.

Check-in can take place in person or in online self check-in mode: the guest will receive confirmation of the check-in method 2 days before check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.

- SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

- IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: A member of our staff will welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys. Check-in in person is free between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins after 9.00 pm must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows:

EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Marina di Ragusa, one of the most famous seaside areas in Sicily, is located in the province of Ragusa, about 20 km from the city. The Ragusa coast is characterized by beaches of fine golden sand and a clear, crystalline and uncontaminated sea with shallow waters, ideal for families with children. Thanks to its position, Marina di Ragusa is an excellent starting point for visiting the baroque centers of the Val di Noto (Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto), the places of Inspector Montalbano and the main stops on the food and wine itineraries of the Iblei area (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Modica, Ragusa Ibla). For golf enthusiasts, the Donnafugata Golf Resort with two 18-hole courses is about 15 km away.

The beach is only 300 meters from the property and all the main services are available in the area (bar, ice cream shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy).

- ADR discount (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot.

Comiso Airport is 25 km away (about 45 minutes by car), while Catania Airport is 120 km away (about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car).

The Port of Pozzallo, which is about 30 km away, offers direct connections by catamaran to the island of Malta on a daily basis.

To be able to reach the structure and better visit the beauties of the area and of the entire region, we advise you to travel by car. You can rent one at the airport. In the surroundings of the property it is possible to find free parking spaces on the street (NOT guaranteed).
