The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (including an induction stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils), single sofa bed, dining table, access to the balcony, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning through heat pumps (one split in the living room), clothes rack, mosquito nets, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the accommodation is on the first floor.
The bedroom wall does not reach the ceiling, and there is an opening between the living room and the bedroom.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 16 to the "Macchie (Vigna Re)" stop. From there, you can walk to Bari Palese Station (8 minutes on foot) and take a train to Barletta Station, about a 14-minute walk from the property.

- FROM BARLETTA STATION, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 14 minutes.

- IF TRAVELING BY CAR, a parking space is not included. However, free street parking (white lines) or paid parking (blue lines - NOT guaranteed) is available.
Guests are advised that it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car as the street is pedestrian-only.
