The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, and a small table with two stools for coffee;
- LIVING ROOM with a single sofa bed, TV, dining table, split A/C, and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with a shower, sink, and toilet;
- LARGE TERRACE with a dining table, outdoor armchairs, sun loungers, and a retractable awning for cover.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, and air conditioning provided via splits (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The elevator reaches the fourth floor - the apartment is on the fifth. It is necessary to climb a flight of stairs.
There are two steps to access the kitchen.
A small step to access the terrace.
Heating is provided via split A/C - one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
NO BIDET.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and we will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
