The accommodation is located in the city center of Mantua (ZTL limited traffic zone, UNESCO), in less than 5 minutes walk you can reach all the main attractions and the area is served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. Only 10 minutes walk from Mantova station.

The interior space consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, clothes stand;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, table and chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, moka pot, fridge with freezer, kettle, oven, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM 1 with shower, toilet;
- BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet and toilet.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The city is a jewel for lovers of art and history, where you can admire: Palazzo Ducale, Basilica di Sant'Andrea, Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza Sordello and the famous Castle of San Giorgio.
Finally, you walk around one of the three lakes, Lake Mezzo, created by the river Mincio around.

If you are travelling by car, you can park for a fee at the "Park Mazzini" car park, in Via Giuseppe Mazzini 7, just 8 minutes walk from the accommodation.
