The space
37m2 studio apartment is located on the second floor of a lovely historic building NOT equipped with a lift and is composed as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER with electric hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, moka and kitchen utensils;
- SLEEPING AREA equipped with a double bed;
- BATHROOM with toilet, sink and shower cubicle;

Additional services available to guests: unlimited WiFi, TV, independent heating with heat pump, fan, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

PLEASE NOTE the accommodation has three external views onto Piazza Grillo Cattaneo, there may be noise from the evening nightlife

NOTE: the windows are very low (with railings) because it was a former noble floor modified in the 19th century

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
