Beautiful apartment on two levels of 70 sqm located on the first floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access), perfect for 4 people.
We are in the Sestiere di Cannaregio, one of the most lively and tourist areas, in the heart of Venice, full of restaurants and trattorias, shops and clubs.
The location is strategic and is a great starting point to visit Murano, Burano and Torcello; the ferry stop is about 5 minutes walk.

Two-level apartment of 70 sqm located on the first floor of a typical Venetian building without elevator (stairs to access). Please pay more attention to the internal stairs.

The interior space is composed as follows:
FIRST LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with large sofa, TV, table and chairs;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka and coffee machine, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and wc.

SECOND LEVEL
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed, coat stand, chest of drawers.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Pocket wifi MAX 300 GIGA, clothes dryer, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating provided by fan coil, iron and ironing board.

NOTE: Bedroom 2 is NOT equipped with a door.
The washing machine is NOT usable.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined by the normative.

Located in the Sestriere of Cannaregio, the apartment becomes a great starting point to visit Murano, Burano and Torcello; the ferry stop is about 5 minutes walk. Near the Strada Nuova that crosses all the Sestriere of Cannaregio from the Station until almost Rialto. This is one of the most lively areas of Venice with its typical Osterie, market and shops of all kinds, all the main services are less than 7 minutes walk from the accommodation. The apartment is 24 minutes walk from Rialto, 30 minutes from St Mark’s Square. Nearby is the Casino of Venice, the Jewish Ghetto, the Ca 'D'Oro.
In this sestiere is the Venice Ghetto, reachable by a "sotopòrtego" The Guglie Bridge is located at the foot of the Guglie Bridge and on which are still visible the iron hinges of the doors that once closed the Ghetto during the night.
The main artery of the entire sestiere is the wide road that leads from the station of Santa Lucia to Rialto. This journey of about 9 minutes starts at the foot of the Ponte degli Scalzi (side of the Grand Canal) and the church of Santa Maria degli Scalzi and ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli.
It is traditionally known by several names: the most famous name is that of Strada Nova, but it is also known as via Vittorio Emanuele II, or the names of the individual sections that make up it.

Our structure is easily reached by taking Alilaguna - transfer service by boat - from the airport, getting off at the stop Fondamente Nove. Alternatively, you can take the bus no.5 or 35 from the airport to Piazzale Roma ( car and bus terminal ), just 15 minutes walk from the accommodation.

- If you arrive by car, you can find parking in Piazzale Roma (for a fee - NOT guaranteed), just 15 minutes walk from the accommodation.
