Apartment of 120 sqm for 6 people on the second floor (no elevator) of Palazzo Gastaldaga, a historic noble palace in the center of Cividale Del Friuli, once the residence of the servants of the King of Italy. Very bright, with views of the small square, medieval house, and monastery. Located in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), in the heart of the historic center and close to main tourist attractions. Perfect for experiencing the authenticity of the city!

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM I with a double bed, bunk bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and TV;
- BEDROOM II with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, and dresser;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, two portable fans, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The building has no elevator - the apartment is on the second floor.
There is a shared space in the communal hall for bicycle storage.
The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so please pay attention to the following entry hours:
- from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM;
- from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
NO A/C - two portable fans are provided.
Please be advised that the street leading to the building entrance has a slight incline.

Small pets are allowed for a fee.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi / car (106 km - about 1 hour and 20 minutes).

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Airport station (just over 10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Ontagnano station, from which it is possible to continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.

- From Udine Station, you can walk to the "UDINE viale Europa Unita 37 (bus station)" stop (7 minutes on foot) and take bus no. 292 to the "CIVIDALE DEL FRIULI via G. Perusini (intermodal center)" stop, which is about a 13-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included. There are free or paid parking options available near the apartment (NOT guaranteed). The property is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so please pay attention to the following entry hours:
- from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM;
- from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
