The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas stove, coffee machine, dining table, washing machine, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, TV, and two A/C split units;
- BEDROOM I on the mezzanine with double bed and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with single bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower (NO shower box), sink, bidet, and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, air conditioning (two split units in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the apartment is on the fourth floor. Guests are kindly requested to be cautious on the last flight of stairs. There are internal stairs in the apartment to reach the mezzanine bedroom I. The pellet stove cannot be used. The shower does not have a shower box - water may spill into the corridor. Guests are advised that the bathroom is very small. The apartment is located at the edge of the nighttime ZTL (limited traffic zone) - please be aware.
The whole flat will be at your complete disposal!

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Bergamo Central Station, you can reach the "Porta Nuova" stop (an 8-minute walk). From there, you can take bus no. 5 to the "via Moroni 154a" stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the property.
- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included. However, it is possible to park on the street for a fee (blue lines - NOT guaranteed) or for a fee in Via Giacomo Manzù (NOT guaranteed).
In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of EUR 50 will be charged.
