Cozy studio of 20 square meters, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building with lift (not suitable for disabled people - steps to access). The location is great! We are in an alley in the Trastevere area, one of the most characteristic districts of the city.
The accommodation is located in Traffic Restricted Area area active from 6.30 to 10.00. It is possible to park for a fee in the street (blue stripes) or at the Garage Ponte Sisto, a 15-minute walk away.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka pot, kettle, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with double bed, dining table and Smart TV;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, hydro-brush and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning through heat pumps, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
