Large and bright apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which boasts a beautiful view of the Villa di Sant'Antonio and, in the distance, of the sea from the balcony and window. Located a few steps from the prestigious Nino Rota Music Conservatory, the apt is in an ideal position: outside the restricted traffic zone and in a quiet area, but at the same time just 400m from station and a short distance from port and centre, reachable on foot in 10 minutes.

The 115 sqm accommodation is located on the third floor of a building equipped with a lift: there are 8 steps to access it and the presence of 2 internal steps to access the two bathrooms.

The internal space is divided as follows:
- Eat-in KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- ROOM I with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and TV

- BATHROOM I with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, outside the historic centre, a 15/20 minute walk from all the city's attractions: among many, Piazza Garibaldi, full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and pubs, where the liveliness of the colours, sounds and scents, and the sixteenth-century Castle of Charles V, dating back to the Spanish domination of the city. The historic center of Monopoli stands out for its ancient port and a free beach. In recent years a series of restaurants and bars are populating the streets and monumental squares, making this splendid town an unmissable destination in Puglia and Southern Italy.

- Charles V Castle: 18 minutes on foot;
- Cala Porta Vecchia beach: 18 minutes on foot / 5 minutes by car
- Chapter beaches: about 15 minutes by car (13 km).

- From Monopoli station: you can reach the apartment in 5 minutes on foot (400 metres).

- From Bari Airport: you can reach the apartment by taking the shuttle from the airport to Bari Central Station, and from here taking the regional train to Monopoli Station, a 5-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on Via Veneto at 150 meters (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines. Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Cala Fontanelle car park, in Largo Fontanelle 11, 500 meters from the accommodation.
