Lively and bright apartment that accommodates 4 people, with two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a veranda overlooking the suggestive Lama Belvedere park, inviting moments of quiet and relaxation. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area accessible by car thanks to the numerous free parking spaces outside. The center of Monopoli and the sea are just 5 minutes away by car, and the location is also strategic for exploring unmissable destinations such as Polignano and Castellana.

The 70 sqm accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with sofa, dining table, 55" smart TV and split A/C
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and two suitcase racks
- Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers
- Toilet with wc, bidet and large shower box
- Veranda with small table and two stools.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, video intercom, gas smoke detector in the kitchen, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Monopoli, for a relaxing stay. The historic center of Monopoli stands out for its ancient port and a free beach, and is just 5 minutes away by car. In recent years a series of restaurants and bars are populating the streets and monumental squares, making this splendid town an unmissable destination in Puglia and Southern Italy. The first beach can be easily reached in 6 minutes by car, while in 10 minutes you can reach the splendid Polignano or the famous beaches of Chapter. The location is also convenient for leaving Monopoli and from here reaching the state roads to Conversano, Fasano, Alberobello and the other unmissable destinations in Puglia. All the essential services are within reach: a bar, bakery and pharmacy are within 300 metres, while the first supermarket is 1 km away.

- From Monopoli station, you can reach the apartment in about 20 minutes on foot (1.5 km).

- From Bari Airport, in addition to the taxi/car (55 km), it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the shuttle from the Airport to Bari Central Station, and from here taking the regional train to Monopoli Station, approximately 20 minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
