The internal space is organized as follows:

-> UPPER LEVEL
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with induction stove, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, oven, toaster, wine cellar and wine glasses), double sofa bed, TV, and dining table;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

-> LOWER LEVEL
- BEDROOM with double bed;
- HALF BATH with sink and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The building does not have an elevator - the accommodation is on the first floor.
The apartment is divided over two levels connected by a spiral staircase - please be cautious if traveling with children.
NO A/C - a fan is provided.
Guests are kindly informed that the apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) - it is not accessible by car.
Paid parking is available at Il Campino parking lot (NOT guaranteed), approximately 700 meters from the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 12am.

- From Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence, you can reach Florence Central Station by tram or bus, from which you can take the bus to Siena, with a stop a few minutes walk from the property.

- Siena Station is 3.1 km from the apartment. The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (14 minutes); alternatively, you can take the bus that leaves every 5 minutes from the station and reaches the city center in 5 minutes.
The station is a 30-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, please note that the accommodation is located in the ZTL area of the city - you must have a permit to access it. However you can park for a fee at "Il Campo", in Via di Fontanella, just 13 minutes walk from the property.
Alternatively, paid parking is available at the Duomo or Santa Caterina parking lots (NOT guaranteed), just a few minutes' walk from the property.
