- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, Smart TV, table and chairs;
- RELAX AREA equipped with reading chair and makeup console to allow a beauty routine comfortably seated;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven and microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and wc.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WIFI Unlimited, iron and ironing board, coat rack, hairdryer, safe, independent heating, air conditioning (1 split A/C between bedroom and living room).

Pets allowed on request (small or medium size), upon payment of 25 euros per day for stay for thorough cleaning.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Vicenza.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, it is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions on how to recover the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be retrieved free of charge via the on-site smartlock. The combination will be provided by message a few days before check-in.
In case of problems, assistance will be guaranteed until 23.

If, on the other hand, you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, free of charge from 15.00 to 19.00.
After 19.00 it is guaranteed with the payment of a supplement equal to:
EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00
EUR 50 between 22.00 and 23.00
It is not possible to check in after 23:00, even for a fee.

Check-out: before 11:00.
Based on the availability of the apartment, which can be confirmed close to arrival, it is possible:
early check in 30 euros
late check out 50 euros

The historic centre of Vicenza is a place to discover: with the Palladian Basilica, the Olympic Theatre, churches, traditional taverns and many enchanting views between the river and the parks.
The central area in the square is full of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, pharmacy. The apartment is located in the ZTL area and at 270 mt m there is the private parking Park Canove.
