Comfortable apartment located on the first mezzanine floor of a period building, with a total of six floors, the lift starts from this floor, for which it is necessary to go up the stairs.

It is located in the characteristic neighborhood of Testaccio.
You can reach many places of interest on foot including the Bocca della Verità (5 minutes). The Piramide metro is very close and with just one bus you can reach the Vatican in a few minutes

The interior space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN: four gas burners, refrigerator and freezer, mocha and Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven and various cooking utensils.
LIVING AREA: double bed (1.60x1.90 mt), two bedside tables with lamps, armchair, dining table with two chairs, smart TV . Air conditioner.
BATHROOM: bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hair dryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

The house is located in the heart of Testaccio, the historic district of central Rome, a neighborhood that has maintained over time its particular spirit difficult to find today in other areas of central Rome. It is located on the slopes of the Aventino, on the left bank of the Tiber a short distance from the Circus Maximus and the Fori Imperiali.
It is a lively district, full of trattorias, pizzerias, wine bars, restaurants, bars and night clubs.
To taste the real Roman cuisine you can choose from the many trattorias in the neighborhood:
Da Felice, Lo Scopettaro, Agustarello, Bucatino; Perilli, from Checchino, etc.
An excellent pizza is eaten at Remo or the New World, while in the famous Palombi and Divinare wine bars you can taste excellent wines and beers.
If instead you prefer to cook at home you can do your shopping in the historical and picturesque market of Testaccio open every day or in the numerous grocery stores and supermarkets open even on holidays. In the famous Volpetti gastronomy or Eataly, both near the house, you can also find many local specialties.
Getting around
The connection with public transport is very fast and simple:
- A few meters from the apartment there is the stop "Marmorata- Vanvitelli" with Tram (3 and 8) very convenient for the center and the Vatican.
- The Metro B Piramide stop, the Ostiense Station and the train to Ostia Lido are a five-minute walk away, all in the Pyramid Square.

The apartment is also located in the city center, and within walking distance you can reach the main sites of cultural interest and evening entertainment such as the Trastevere and Circus Maximus district.

For those coming by car: you can use the paid parking on the street (marked by blue lines) or the station car park in Piazzale dei Partigiani, 10 minutes away.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
