Cozy apartment of about 55 square meters, organized on two levels, able to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift (4 steps to access it). The accommodation is located inside the Erice Beach Residence, with a shared outdoor swimming pool, a few meters from the beaches.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the sea.

The apartment is organized as follows:

-> LOWER LEVEL:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, refrigerator, moka, oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the balcony;
- SERVICE BATHROOM (with sink and toilet);
- BALCONY.

-> UPPER LEVEL:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, clothes stand and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine (in the service bathroom on the lower level), clothesline, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment can accommodate children, however please pay attention to the internal stairs.

FURTHER INFORMATION:
- The SWIMMING POOL is common. The swimming pool is open from 17th June to 15th September, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF CONDUCT INDICATED IN THE APARTMENT IS REQUIRED.

- The residence has a PARKING where it is possible to park according to availability (NOT guaranteed).

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.
For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30

It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee.

As requested by the Municipality of Erice, upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 1,00€ per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights. Children under 10 are exempt. The tourist tax does not have to be paid from 1/11 to 31/3.

In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied.

In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of 20 euros will be applied.

The apartment is located inside the Residence Erice Beach, on the coast of Erice, the main seaside area of ​​Trapani, served by numerous beach resorts and bars. The area is characterized by all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. The University Center is only 400 meters away. The accommodation is the perfect base to vist the center of Trapani, Le Saline, the Egadi islands, the wonderful village of Erice, San Vito Lo Capo and the beautiful natural areas and beaches of Western Sicily!
