Apartment located on the ground floor of a building, with a total of 5 floors, without a lift (there are 5 steps at the entrance).
In 80 sqm of space it comfortably accommodates 6 people.

The property enjoys a privileged location, in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the University, but at the same time just a few minutes from the historic center (20 minutes on foot/10 minutes by bike).
The apartment consists of a living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two livable covered balconies.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA.
LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (140x180cm), TV and dining table.
Access to the balcony, closed and covered, with table and two chairs.

KITCHEN: 4 gas burners, moka coffee maker, electric oven and microwave oven, dishwasher, gas kettle, wine glasses and kitchen utensils.

SLEEPING AREA.
BEDROOM I: double bed (170x200cm), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, TV and wardrobe.

BEDROOM II: two single beds (190x 80cm each), wardrobe.

BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer. Washing machine (outside the bathroom area).

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, two portable fans, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 4 to “Foro Boario Supermarket” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in about 20 minutes.

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in about 30/40 minutes by car/taxi (47 km).

- For those traveling by car, free street parking is available near the property.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
Key collection is at our CLEANBNB Ferrara office at via Montebello 46 B from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
After 7 pm in SELF CHECK IN mode (with keybox).
Possibility to check in at the office from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at a cost of 30 euros.
