Ferrara Center Bi-Level Beauty Apartment

Apartment located on the first floor of a building without lift, positioned on two levels. There are 20 steps inside to access the bedroom and bathroom.
In 52 m2 it comfortably accommodates 5 people with a bedroom (double bed and single folding bed) and living room with sofa bed.

We are located in the medieval area of ​​Ferrara.
It is possible to park for free along Corso Isonzo or Ex Mof, or for a fee at the Ripagrande car park

The internal space is divided as follows:

First floor.
LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed, TV. Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, dining table, fridge and freezer, moka, washing machine and dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave and traditional oven, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.

Second floor.
BEDROOM. Double bed, foldable single bed, TV and wardrobe. AC split.
BATHROOM (inside the room). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Portable fan, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Autonomous heating.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

We are available by phone at the following times:
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

- From Ferrara Railway Station, it is possible to take several buses (including bus n. 1/6/9/11/331) to "Cavour P. Beretta" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in less than 15 minutes.

- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in about 40 minutes by car/taxi;

- If you are traveling by car is possible to park for free in Corso Isonzo or at EX MOF free parking (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
