In approximately 90 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates 7 people.

Located in a strategic position, 5 minutes walk from the Il Castello shopping center. Well connected to public services, the historic center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. It is located near the A13 motorway exit and Fiera Ferrara.
Uncovered parking space available for guests, NOT assigned.

The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with four gas burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave oven, moka and electric kettle, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
STAY. Double sofa bed, coffee table and TV. AC split.
BEDROOM 1. Double bed, a single bed, three bedside tables with lamps, TV and wardrobe. AC split.
BEDROOM 2. Two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

FROM BOLOGNA MARCONI AIRPORT: take the shuttle to Bologna Central Station. Take the train to Ferrara station and continue with bus no. 11 to the Centro Commerciale Il Castello stop (20 stops), and continue on foot for 500 m. Travel time: 1 hour and 20 minutes

FROM FERRARA STATION: take bus no. 11 to the Centro Commerciale Il Castello stop (20 stops), and continue on foot for 500 m. Travel time: 30 minutes

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: uncovered parking space available for guests, NOT assigned. Parking on the street, along the street, free on white lines.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
