The room is located in the Gavinana district, in an early 20th century villa where there are other private rooms.
From Piazza Gavinana you can reach the center on foot with a nice walk on the Arno where from late spring to October there are many open-air places to eat in some restaurant, drink in some local and enjoy some cool music.

The room shares the garden with relax area with the others while the bathroom and the kitchen are private, free wifi.

The private room is located on the first floor of a small villa of the early 1900s shared with other rooms, kitchen and common relax area. Outdoor condominium garden.

In the room you can find split air conditioning, free wifi, double bed, iron, drying rack and desk. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to access the apartment.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 11:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

We are in one of the best residence areas in Florence, peaceful and green. Away from the noisy historical center which full of tourists, but very easy to get there. Here you live as the locals. Just 1,1 km from the river Arno. You can enjoy the beautiful views walking along the river, there is a park along the river starts from here too, perfect for who likes running, walking or cycling. Less than 5mins walk you can arrive the commercial center, there is a big supermarket COOP.
You can find bars, restaurants, shops, ect. everything around here.

From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach the apartment as follows: take the Line T2 and get off at the "Rosselli" stop, then take line 353A and get off at the "Viale Giannotti" stop, just 200m from the flat.

From Santa Maria Novella station, the structure can be reached in less than 20 minutes, by the 350A line with the final stop "Viale Giannotti", just 200m from the apartment.

The flat is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone, therefore it is easily reachable by car and it is possible to park on the street.
