On foot, in a few minutes, you can reach the Arno, the Santa Maria Novella train station and the Piazza del Duomo.

In fact, we point out the restaurant "13 Gobbi" and the trattoria "Sostanza", better known as "il Troia", perfect places for those who love Florentine cuisine.

Our apartment, located in a central position, adjacent to via Borgognissanti where you can find shops, restaurants but also rent bicycles, cars and scooters to visit the city and via dei Fossi, famous for antique shops. Near the apartment is the Hotel Excelsior where you can enjoy an excellent aperitif on the splendid panoramic terrace.
It is equipped with all the necessary comforts to ensure a pleasant stay.

It is located on the ground floor of a building with elevator and can accommodate four people.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

From the Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment as follows: Line T2 from the Airport to the Santa Maria Novella railway station, a 5 minute walk from the flat.

If you arrive by car, please consider that the apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone. If you park in one of the parking areas in this zone, you are authorized to enter. Otherwise you can park at the Porta al Prato Leopolda car park, which is certainly a cheaper alternative.
