The building is located within Florentine hills greenery, close to Boboli Gardens.
The location is the best solution to visit the city while staying away from the historic center chaos, it is in fact possible to reach Ponte Vecchio by public transportation or, alternatively, in less than 10 minutes by car (you can buy your Restricted Traffic Area ticket at the city center garages ) and then move comfortably on foot.

Lines 13 and 11 are 1 minute and 7 minutes away on foot

- Boboli Gardens: 5 minutes by public transportation (line 13)
- Ponte Vecchio: 15 minutes by public transportation (line 11)
- Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi Gallery: 20 minutes by public transportation (line 11)
- Florence Cathedral: 25 minutes by public transportation (line 11)

- Carrefour Supermarket: 8 minutes by public transportation (line 13)
- Restaurants and Bars in Porta Romana area: 5 minutes by public transportation (line 13)

- From Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the studio by LAM PO-FI line to "Vittorio Veneto" stop. From here you can take line 12 at "Vanni" stop (5 minutes away on foot) to "Galileo 1" as your final destination, 50m away from the building

- From Florence Santa Maria Novella train station it is possible to reach the apartment by lines 131 / 131R to "Porta Romana" stop and from here you can take line 12 to "Galileo 1" as your final destination, 50m away from the building

If you're travelling by car it is possible to park on site, for a fee (€ 10 per day). The prepayment will be collected in cash upon check-in

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
