Bright family apartment that accommodates up to 6 people, featuring a large living area with kitchen and large living room, two triple bedrooms and bathroom. Convenient location, a few meters from all services useful for a comfortable stay for both work and vacation.
In a few minutes you can reach the historic center of the city of Pesaro and also the beaches to the south of it. The route can also be done easily by bicycle along the appropriate cycle paths.

The 110 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift (there are 5 steps to access it) and is composed as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen with dining table and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and traditional oven
- Large living room with sofa and armchairs, dining table and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, single bed, clothes stand and desk
- Bedroom II with double bed, single bed and clothes stand
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box
- Three terraces.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, fans, camping cot, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. There is also a shared bicycle parking in front of the entrance to the building.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

We accept small pets upon request.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Pesaro, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person. Children under 14 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-ins beyond the indicated time go with the property and directly agree on a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any inquiries and information, to make your stay even more interesting and comfortable.

The accommodation is located in a residential district of Pesaro, well served by shops of all kinds: grocery stores, hairdressers, pizzerias, ice cream parlors. The historic center, with all the historic buildings (Olveriano Archaeological Museum, Palazzo Mosca, the Conservatory of Music and Casa Rossini, the National Museum and the Rossini Theater) can be reached with a pleasant 20-minute walk or with public transport in 10 minutes (bus stop 3 minutes on foot). The beaches of Pesaro can be reached in 5 minutes by car. All essential services such as bars, supermarkets and chemists are located within 300 meters.

- From Ancona airport: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus line C to the Falconara Marittima station, from here the regional train to Pesaro and from here bus line 60 to the Kennedy Filangieri stop (100 meters from the accommodation).

- From Pesaro station it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line 60 to the Kennedy Filangieri stop (100 meters from the apartment).

- If you travel by car, street parking is free on white lines (NOT guaranteed) or paid on blue lines.
