The 47-square-meter property is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for the disabled) and is composed as follows:

KITCHENETTE equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, air fryer, moka pot, kettle, and kitchen utensils.
LIVING AREA with a double sofa bed and dining area.
BEDROOM with a double bed and wardrobe.
BATHROOM with WC, bidet, and shower.
DOUBLE BALCONY.

Further amenities available to guests: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (2 splits), central heating with thermostatic valves, TV (Netflix), washer/dryer.

Guest access
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
