Bright and cozy apartment of 91 sqm, on the 1st floor of a building with lift (there are steps to access the entrance of the building). The building is located in a residential area with all the main services, just a few minutes' walk from one of Genoa's public beaches. The city centre can be reached by bus or car in approximately 30 minutes.
The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, three bedrooms, a bathroom and two small balconies.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
-LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, mocha, electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils), sofa, dining table, TV;
-BEDROOM 1 with double bed, bedside tables and walk-in wardrobe;
-BEDROOM 2 with bunk bed (2 single beds), wardrobe, desk;
-BEDROOM 3 with bunk bed (2 single beds), wardrobe, desk;
-BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine;
- 2 BALCONIES (access from the living room, from bedroom 1 and from bedroom 3).

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: UNLIMITED WIFI, 3 fans, central heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron, clothes rack, hairdryer, folding cot and high chair for children.

The flat is only a 4-minute walk from one of Genoa's public beaches, in an area with all the main services. The centre is easily accessible by public transport (by bus, metro or train). Once you reach the centre, you can visit all the city's main attractions comfortably on foot.

To reach the city centre by public transport, you can:
- take bus line 15 to Buenos Aires 2/LAMBRUSCHINI stop (4 minutes on foot from the apartment), there you can take bus line 20 and get off at Zecca/Carmine stop.
- take the train from Genova Quinto station to Brignole stop, there you can take the metro line and get off at Darsena stop.

Otherwise, you can reach the city centre by car in about 28 minutes.

- Pizzeria Quinto: 2 minutes on foot;
- Carrefour Express (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot;
- Farmacia Comunale Quinto: 4 minutes on foot.
