Cozy apartment of 60 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with elevator. We are a 10-minute walk from Genova Piazza Principe Station, in a quiet and exclusively pedestrian street.
The accomodation consists of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony.

The street is exclusively pedestrian and has steps - it is NOT possible to reach the property by car.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, portable fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: The street is exclusively pedestrian, it is uphill and has steps - It is NOT possible to get to the house by car.

Oregina is a district of Genoa, located on the hill above the station of Genoa Piazza Principe, located outside the city walls and incorporated into the defensive circle in the seventeenth century.
The area of the urban unit of Oregina includes all the upstream part of the valley of Lagaccio, surrounded by a long stretch of the seventeenth-century "Mura Nuove", which delimit the neighborhood towards the Val Polcevera and Val Bisagno.
This stretch of walls includes part of the "Walls of Begato", the "Walls of the Spur" and part of the "Walls of Castellaccio", incorporating two of the main fortresses of the Genoese defensive system, Forte Begato and Forte Sperone, the culminating point of the city walls.
Along the slopes of the Lagaccio valley are the ruins of some nineteenth-century powder kegs. One of these buildings, renovated, houses a restaurant.
This part of the district, not urbanized, is included in the "Urban Park of the Walls" and is crossed by an equipped hiking trail that is also used by joggers.

- Carrefour (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot.

- From Genoa Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus direction "Brignone FS" to the stop "Piazza Acquaverde in front of Stazione FS Principe", about 10 minutes walk from the property.

- From Genova Piazza Principe Station it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- If you are travelling by car, it is NOT possible to reach the apartment by car. However, it is possible to park for free (white stripes) in Vico dei Cinque Santi (NOT guaranteed) about 8 minutes on foot; or for a fee in the parking lot of Genova Piazza Principe Station (NOT guaranteed) about 10 minutes on foot.
