Genova Porto Antico Cozy Apartment

Cozy apartment of 50 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The location is great! We are about 300 meters from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, 200 meters from Palazzo Ducale , 600 from the Aquarium and the departure of the boats to Portofino, Camogli, San Fruttuoso, Cinque Terre. All major amenities are located in the vicinity of the property.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with French sofa bed;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, electric oven, kitchen utensils and dining table;
- BEDROOM with French bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: wifi with soap, independent heating with cauldron, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor.
There is a step at the entrance of the building.
WIFI is provided via a bar of soap.
NO A/C - there are two portable fans.

The entireapartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

- From Genova Piazza Principe station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro to the "Sarzano/Sant'Agostino" stop, 6 minutes from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included. However, it is possible to park for a fee in via Camelie 4 (NOT guaranteed), a 4-minute walk from the property.
